Worst Case Scenario

In this era you should expect a camera or two at any event.  But I have listened to what Romney said about the 47% and I have to tell you the media (lets just call them the left) has it dead wrong.  That sadly is to be expected as they sleep with President Obama more  than Monica Lewinsky shared a cigar with Bill Clinton in the Oval Office.

Romney in his discussion with potential donors was laying out a political strategy and what he said from my take was that in terms of votes you have to forget the 47% and write them off as Obama votes.  I don’t know about you folks but I call this a worst case scenario.  It appears to me that Mitt understood the potential to lose at least 47% of the vote based solely on Obama’s charisma and ability to lie to the masses about what he is doing.  So politically you write off those 47% and focus on the rest of the country.  Polls show this to be a close race and Romney is not stupid, he knows he needs to move that middle ground.

What he was laying out was a political strategy on winning an election.  Not an indictment of that 47%.  Many of whom are unwitting victims of the policies of Barack Obama.  Food Stamp payments are up, and while unemployment dropped it is mostly due to people giving up looking for jobs.  Apathy now rules the land and any candidate who does not acknowledge that is doomed.

The left will spin these comments the best they can because they can’t really tell you the truth about the record of Barack Obama, but the numbers don’t lie.  Highest Gas prices Ever!  Including a rise in price after labor day, which has historically never happened. Unemployment above 8 percent for the longest time in modern history.  The nationalization of a car company and the sale of another to a foreign entity.  And government control of both the healthcare and credit system.
Romney has a lot to talk about but who can he talk to?  He stated the worst case scenario hoping for the best.  How about you?  My worst case scenario is 4 more years of Barack Obama with a Senate controlled by Harry Reid.  Even if Romney gets elected without the Senate nothing will get done.  SO forget the chatter from the left.  Think about this.

Take back the country!  Ignore the distractions!

Romney applauded by the NAACP?

Did you hear Romney got booed by the NAACP? I am sure you did, it has been all over the news.  They report that Romney attacked Obamacare and the crowd booed him.  This is big news to the media.  For the record Romney was talking about wasteful spending and threw the Obamacare mention in there. But what they won’t say, because it does not fit the narrative that Romney is bad and Obama is the Savior, is that there was a little bit of applause for Romney that night.  Here is a list complied by the Reverend Wayne Perryman.  Just a short one.  Nothing to discuss or let the newspaper or TV watching audience know.

Times When  They Applauded                     His Comment
1:56                                                          He would represent every race
2:58                                                          He will help the middle class
3:58                                                          He complimented the NAACP
6:39                                                          You are entitled to an answer
7:27                                                          A quote from Frederick Douglass
8:27                                                          Blacks have waited long enough
9:53                                                          He supports strong families & traditional marriages
11:15                                                        He will help the middle class
11:58                                                        Bring Jobs back to the United States
12:24                                                        He will clamp down on cheaters like China who steal our jobs
12:52                                                        He will stop spending
13:02 -13:18                                             He was booed regarding overturning Obama Care
14:22                                                        He would protect social Security and Medicare with higher benefits for those with lower income and lower for higher income
14:51                                                        He refers to minimum wage jobs and the need for skilled workers
15:52                                                        Wages will rise again
16:28                                                        His goal as President it to create jobs for American people
16:39                                                      If you want a president to make things better for the African-American Community, you’re looking at him
18:12                                                        The 4 year Scholarships program that he created while governor
19:58                                                        He joined with the Black Legislative Caucus in Mass to promote Charter Schools
20:36                                                        He won’t let special interest groups stand in the way of education reform
21:03                                                        Money for education will be linked to the student for true choice
21:49                                                        The hospitality that they (NAACP) will be returned and he will seek their counsel
22:12                                                        If they invite him back next year as President he will say “Yes”
22:57                                                        He talks about his father as a man that he admired for equality and justice
23:14                                                        His father was a man of faith that knew that everyone was God’s children
24:01                                                        He said God’s Mercy endureth forever
24:55                                                        NAACP and their past victories and their victories in the future
25:15                                                       Ended his speech
They Applauded Total of 27 times in 25 Minutes
One boo and 25 rounds of applause.  Seems like they like his speech.   So one needs to ask how did Obama fair while he was talking to the NAACP?  Well with black unemployment at 14 percent higher than any other group you have to figure it did not go well for the incumbent.  You would be wrong.  Obama did not speak to the NAACP.  Wouldn’t get near them.  He sent Joe Biden to talk to the people he swears he loves and represents.  But he does not have time to publicly talk to them.
Well you can imagine the crowd that showed up to listen to Joe Biden speak about the black issue in America.  A reporter tweeter about the crowd in this TWEET!  The tweet included a picture, please view it. AH what the heck let me put it here too.  The picture was taken by Rodney Hawkins.
Impressive huh?  The media is spinning stuff in ways some can’t imagine or fathom.  Pass this on.  The lies are thick in the Main Stream Media.
BTW  Rev Perryman and Rodney Hawkins, both black.  So much for all blacks being FOR Obama.  Many are seeing him for what he really is.

Petty President!

You know I have tried to stay away from calling Barack Obama a petty man.   Yea I have pointed out that he blames Bush for the financial situation. But I have to tell you I think it is bad protocol to blame your predecessor publicly.  Sure the peripheral parasites can nip at the opposition party but the title of President of the United States is limited to a very few people.  SO tight is the bond between these past and presents that many tap political enemies to lead the charge.  See George W Bush asking his Dad and Bill Clinton to head an effort together.  But the respect seems to have lapsed under the lack of leadership of Barack Obama.  He prefers to bolster his position on the shoulders of others. (A personal note here: People who need to denigrate others to make themselves look better are hugely flawed human beings.)

But such is the urge to slam Republicans that Barack Obama has to go after dead presidents to make himself look regal.  I speak of the late Rutherford B. Hayes. Here is how the current president of the United States spoke of a past president.

There have always been folks like that.  There always have been folks who are the naysayers and don’t believe in the future, and don’t believe in trying to do things differently.  One of my predecessors, Rutherford B. Hayes, reportedly said about the telephone, “It’s a great invention, but who would ever want to use one?”  (Laughter.)  That’s why he’s not on Mt. Rushmore — (laughter and applause) — because he’s looking backwards.  He’s not looking forwards.  (Applause.)  He’s explaining why we can’t do something, instead of why we can do something.

Look I get that you want to make yourself look good.  I even understand that you want to seem positive.  But before you attack a dead president for an offhand comment  simply because he was a member of the opposition party over a hundred years ago maybe you should fact check your speech.  Here is one very interesting fact about the telephone.

May 10, 1877:

Hayes has first phone installed in White House

On this day in 1877, President Rutherford B. Hayes has the White House‘s first telephone installed in the mansion s telegraph room. President Hayes embraced the new technology, though he rarely received phone calls. In fact, the Treasury Department possessed the only other direct phone line to the White House at that time. The White House phone number was “1.” Phone service throughout the country was in its infancy in 1877.

Imagine that!  The man Barack Hussein Obama holds up as a regressive thinker was the very man who installed the first phone in the White House.  Do you think Obama is aware of that every time he answers the phone in the Oval Office and if so why then would he use Hayes in the speech?

Look he is either so partisan that he should not lead this country or he is so stupid he should not lead this country.  Either way  you get my meaning.

Welcome Lawbreakers to the United States oops… “Estados Unidas”

Today the Senate of the United States of America held a hearing.  Well it was more like a chance for Dick Durbin to kiss the proverbial butts of the illegal aliens who are taking over the country.  Let’s listen to DICK  gush about the lawbreakers.

For some reason the judiciary committee sees itself as the arbiter and oversight committee for the Dream Act.  I would appreciate anyone explaining why the judiciary committee would have anything to do with a law that has never been enacted.  If you can answer that one you get a Bozo Button. But here is the real issue.  The scene of the hearing was moved to the biggest hearing room available and somehow the illegals that DICK was giving props too were either invited or transported to the hearing.  Either way Ice could have easily waited outside and got a good start on the deportation of lawless individuals that sat in the buildings we paid for and were honored by our politicians.  Even worse look who was in the room with the people she is charged with protecting the country from.

Witness List

Hearing before the
Senate Committee on the Judiciary
Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and Border Security
On

“The DREAM Act”

Tuesday, June 28, 2011
Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 226
10:00 a.m.

Panel I

The Honorable Janet Napolitano
Secretary of Homeland Security
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Washington, DC

The Honorable Arne Duncan
Secretary of Education
U.S. Department of Education
Washington, DC

Dr. Clifford Stanley
Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness
U.S. Department of Defense
Washington, DC

Janet was there?  Wow did she notice that the people around her snuck into the country against our laws?  Did she forget the protect and defend part of her oath of office?  It seems so  both her and DICK Durbin have let that part slide by.  But who can blame them when their boss says what he said at a press conference yesterday.

With respect to E-verify, we need comprehensive immigration reform.  I’ve said it before.  I will say it again.  I will say it next week.  And I’ll say it six months from now.  We’ve got to have a system that makes sure that we uphold our tradition as a nation of laws and that we also uphold our tradition as a nation of immigrants.  And that means tough border security, going after employers that are illegally hiring and exploiting workers, making sure that we also have a pathway for legal status for those who are living in the shadows right now.

We may not be able to get everything that I would like to see in a package, but we have to have a balanced package.  E-verify can be an important enforcement tool if it’s not riddled with errors, if U.S. citizens are protected — because what I don’t want is a situation in which employers are forced to set up a system that they can’t be certain works.  And we don’t want to expose employers to the risk where they end up rejecting a qualified candidate for a job because the list says that, that person is an illegal immigrant, and it turns out that the person isn’t an illegal immigrant.  That wouldn’t be fair for the employee and would probably get the employer in trouble as well.

So I think the goal right now is to let’s continue to see if we can perfect the E-verify system.  Let’s make sure that we have safeguards in place to prevent the kind of scenarios that I talked about.  But let’s also not lose sight of some of the other components to immigration reform.  For example, making sure that DREAM Act kids — kids who have grown up here in the United States, think of themselves as Americans, who are not legal through no fault of their own, and who are ready to invest and give back to our country and go to school and fight in our military and start businesses here — let’s make sure that those kids can stay.

Umm…  Mr President do you think E-Verify is messed up for two reasons. 1) the US Government runs it and 2) 16 million illegals are being aided by unscrupulous people who steal identities and sell them to illegals. And who exactly is paying for the schools for these lawbreakers children?  You and I for sure.

I don’t think I can find one position this dunderhead has ever taken that was correct.   Now take what DICK said and what his Party leader said, couple that with the fact that Bib Sis was sitting comfortably in a room of illegals and now you know what must be done.  2012 is coming fast.  Take the power from these fools.

Barack Obama misses walking in the park

Just days after he announced he will seek a second term the waffler in chief went to friendly turf to spin a tail of woe.  In a meeting with the editors and publishers of Hearst Magazines the man who fought so hard to be President.  Who then said it would be easier to be the President of China.  Bemoaned the troubles of being President  Here is an article that the Main Stream Media is passing around about the meeting.

Not 2 Be Missed | Presidential dream: long walk in the park

Saturday, April 9, 2011  03:07 AM

By Richard S. Dunham

HOUSTON CHRONICLE

Golf is President Barack Obama's best outdoor option.

Golf is President Barack Obama’s best outdoor option.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama wants you to know that he is not a golf addict.

He spends so much time unwinding on the links because security restrictions mean he can’t go out for long walks or go to the carwash or the grocery store.

The president’s comments came during a session with editors and publishers from Hearst Magazines in which he described life behind the scenes in the White House.

The president said he loves his life in the White House but doesn’t enjoy some of the ways of Washington, such as the “kabuki dance” among political partisans before serious policy discussions begin. He also regrets his loss of personal privacy.

“I just miss – I miss being anonymous,” he said at the meeting in the White House. “I miss Saturday morning, rolling out of bed, not shaving, getting into my car with my girls, driving to the supermarket, squeezing the fruit, getting my car washed, taking walks. I can’t take a walk.”

He says he enjoys golf but is not the fanatic that some have portrayed.

“It’s the only excuse I have to get outside for four hours at a stretch,” he said.

His impossible dream: “I just want to go through Central Park (in New York) and watch folks passing by … spend the day watching people. I miss that.”

First I would like to point out that the story was found at the Columbus Dispatch.  It originally was written for the Houston Chronicle.  I wonder how many other sheep picked up this dribble.  Have some fun Google this “Presidential dream: long walk in the park.”   It was not until page 4 that there was any reference to something other than this article.

So Barry misses washing his car?  He misses walks in the morning?  He misses taking his daughters for rides?  This interview and these comments were intended to do one thing and one thing only.  To make people feel sorry for the Head US Vacillator.  This man is a man of purpose.  Do not be fooled.  He claims he only plays golf to get 4 hours of walking in.  Do you know anyone who walks for 4 hours?  I don’t  most of my friends work and don’t have time for that.  I myself due to health issues have to walk everyday and guess what.  I can’t spend 4 hours on the links everyday.  I bought a treadmill, where I spend my day watching the news or listening to radio for the half hour of my day where I have time to exercise my heart.  I think we need to ask a cardiologist about the benefits of golf.  I could go to my boss and ask for an ADA accommodation to go golf every 3 or 4 days for my health.

People this is the most lame excuse to play the best links in the country on our dime I have ever heard.  Here is another question.  Do you really believe this slick guy ever washed his own car?  Come on.  This guy and his elitist wife are so above car washing it is sickening.  And what really annoys me is he plays the oppression card.  Like he could relate to the experience of the average black in America.  Folks this guy is so far removed from the ghetto it is a wonder he even learned any slang.  But he did learn enough to get elected.  Remember even Hilary Clinton can pull off a preacher dialect when she needs to.  Why then are Blacks fooled by this man?

As far as his closing comment I have to wonder where Barry sat and watched people walk by.  For many years I worked in a neighborhood that was predominantly black.  I learned a lot from sitting there and watching those people.  Most are hard-working folks trying to make ends meet.  They walk to the bus stop to get to work and walk home at night.  They don’t get to golf to get exercise.

I have an idea.  Let’s help Barry get his joy back.  Let’s give him the opportunity to do these things again.  But we can only do that if we relieve him of the pressures and day-to-day responsibilities of governing.  So I want to start a Campaign.  Not based on Obama’s residency or record.  But based on the feeling that he needs to get back to the mundane things in life.  My Slogan “Let’s Give Barack his life back”  Say it to everyone you know.
